The SBCI workshops in Kuala Lumpur on 1-3 November will include three roundtables:

Recommendations to the Kyoto Protocol
Policy tools for governments
Establishing a global benchmark system for sustainable buildings.

The conference is organized back-to-back with SB07 for SE Asia (http://www.cibklutm.com/index.htm), and will also include technaical study tours.
